Three-wheelers with safety Belts in Srilanka Roads soon

Due to lack of  precautionary measures most of the deaths occurred during accidents where three wheelers involved. The National Council for Road Safety has designed a special three-wheeler with safety belts, said Chairman of the council, Sisira Kodagoda. This will be sent for approval on Friday.
