Sacrifices by Citizens are Required Development Activities – Champika

Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka has alleged that a certain group of people were constantly obstructing the New Kelani Bridge project which is the main initiative to reduce the traffic congestion in Colombo.

The Minister added that a small group of people will need to make sacrifices in lieu of such development activities.
