Shooting at Ambalangoda Cost 1 Businessman’s live

A 49-year-old businessman was killed after an unidentified person had opened fire at him in Watugedara area in Ambalangoda today .The deceased has been identified as a resident of Patiwatta area in Balapitiya.

An investigation is underway to identify the suspect,  who had fled the scene soon after the shooting incident this morning. The remains of the businessman are kept at the Ambalangoda hospital pending an autopsy, police said.
