Disgusted UNP Deputy Ministers Wants to Resign?

In respect of Ministry portfolios held by SLFP members, where Deputy Ministers appointed are from the UNP, Ministers in charge have not delegated powers or duties to the deputy Minister. In most of the cases the deputy Ministers have begun a frustrated lot.. All these frustrated deputy Ministers want to get together and meet President and Prime Minister to resolve this issue.
