Mahinda to Capture Southern Provincial Council?

Out of 55 Southern Provincial Council members, 27 members of the UPFA have expressed their support to Mahinda faction. One member of the Democratic Party to supports Mahinda factions. As Mahinda faction has 28 members on their fold, they are likely to ask the Governor to form their administration shortly.
