Discussion Between Srilanka & Norway

Sri Lanka and Norway have held discussions pertaining to reconciliation efforts in the country.

Discussions were held during a meeting between the visiting Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Temple Trees yesterday.

Both parties also engaged in discussions to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Meanwhile the Norway Prime Minister has held discussions with the Leader of the Opposition R Sampanthan.

The two parties held talks on the political developments in the island. The Norwegian Premier also called on President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday.
