Democratic National Movement’s Convention at Sugathdasa: Vijaya Kumaratunga remembered

 

The national convention of the Democratic National Movement took place at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium on June 20.

The national convention, which took place at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium, saw the participation of the Maha Sangha, political party leaders, representatives and many others.

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, Ministers Rajitha Senaratne, Patali Champika Ranawaka and John Amaratunga were also present at the event.

The significance of the national convention was that the late Vijaya Kumaratunga was remembered at the event.
