Udaya Gammanpila Case Postponed to 25th November

The FCID  has filed a case in  Colombo Fort Magistrate Court against Udaya Gammanpila and  Sidney Jayasinghe for defrauding  an Australian citizen named Brain Shaddik of Rs.110 million using a fraudulent Power of Attorney in 1995.

When the  case was taken up for inquiry, FCID has informed the Court that extracts of its investigations into allegations against both suspects were sent to the Attorney General, Hence, Colombo Fort Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne has  postponed the case to 25th  November 2016.
