Yoshitha’s Grand mum Daisy Released on Personal Bond

FCID has filed a case in Colombo Additional Magistrate  Court  against Yoshitha Rajapaksa’s in connection with the purchasing of a property in Mount Lavinia. This property said to have been originally purchased by  Yoshitha’s Grand mum Daisy and then transferred to Yositha’s name.

In this connection Daisy Forest was today released by Colombo Additional Magistrate Augusta Atapattu on a personal bond in connection with the inquiry She was present in court on noticed to do so, on a request made by the FCID.

Council  appeared for Ms. Forest informed court that his client would report to the FCID on August 31 to record her statement.
