The Reconciliation Walk organize by the Human Rights Organization arrived in Vavuniya yesterday.
The walk began from Jaffna on 25th August and is expected to reach Hambantotoa on 7th September 2016 . It will travel a distance of 540 kilo metres through Anuradhapura, Puttalam, Negombo and Galle.
They were expecting the participation of around 4000 members of the Human Rights Organization and other organizations and around 500 participants from the north, Organizers said.
