Truth and Reconciliation before December 2016

The Government has assured the visiting UN Secretary General Ban Ki moon, that the truth and reconciliation commission will be established before the end of December 2016, confirmed by leader of the house cum Minister Lakshman Kiriyalle after the meeting with the UN Secretary General Ban Ki moon and Speaker in Hilton hotel Yesterday.
