Yoshitha’s land to be Surveyed

Mount Lavinia Additional Magistrate, Lochani Abeyawickrama Weerasinghe issued an order stating that the land owned by Yoshitha Rajapaksa and his grandmother in Mihindu Mawatha in Mount Lavinia, be subjected to a survey on 20th September 2016.

The case being heard at the Mount Lavinia court, the FCID said that they have discussed with the Surveyor General and decided to conduct the survey on September 20 and have requested that the suspects produce the original land deeds to them.

The land occupies a total area of 60 perches.
