Wage Increase Demonstrations Disturbed Traffic

Estate workers demanding salary increase of Rs 1000 carried out  protest demonstration in various parts of the upcountry. Due to a demonstration organized today,  heavy traffic congestion  has  been  reported   at Ehaliyagoda , Parakaduwa area . in Colombo- Ratnapura road.   Motorist are advised to use alternative routs.
