Traffic Congestion in Colombo- Chilaw Road

A group of Negombo residents are staging a protest march at the Thelwatte junction in Colombo- Chilaw road, protesting the removal of sea sand for the Colombo Port City project,which affect their fishing industry badly, they claimed.

Due to this protest march, heavy traffic congestion has been reported at the Thelwatte junction in Colombo- Chilaw road.
