Man Power Workers Protest Continue

Protest by   man power workers on telecom tower in   Colombo Fort  goes on for ten hours.   The   protest  is being continued.

The protest began at 10 am this morning.   They will continue the protest until a written pledge is issued citing that they will be absorbed to the permanent cadre.

In the meantime  , Deputy Minister of Power and Renewable Energy Ajith P Perera said during a media conference this afternoon that 3 thousand 828 manpower workers of CEB will receive their letters of appointment from the President tomorrow.
