Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Northern Province.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places elsewhere, particularly after 2.00 p.m.

Showers will occur in Western, Central and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in the Galle, Matara and Puttalam districts, in the morning too.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
