Former Deputy Minister Sarath Kumara Gunaratna Arrested

Former Deputy Minister , Sarath Kumara Gunaratna has been arrested by Police  this morning (24) , in connection with causing  an accident with his motor car  during  a UNP  meeting   in 2002 . In this accident one person died and the other was severely injured.
