Tissa Attanayake’s Bail Application Rejected

Former UNP General Secretary Tissa Attanayake,  who was one time secretary of the UNP then crossed over to the Rajapaksha regime just prior to the  Presidential  Election. During election campaign he has displayed forged documents claiming a factious agreement  between Ranil and Maithripala.  Both their signatures were forged.  On complaint lodged with the  police,  followed by an investigation he was arrested and remanded.

He was filed a  application at the Colombo High Court  yesterday  to release him on bail.

 Followed by this,   Colombo High Court  today (4)  rejected  bail application filed by   Tissa Attanayake.
