Arjuna Mahendran Breaks the Nose of Mahinda Faction

COPE report on Central Bank bond was referred to the Attorney General for follow up action. In the meantime former Governor of the CB, Arjuna Mahendran left the country to attend a wedding abroad. Joint Opposition made use of this opportunity and made a cue and cry over his foreign trip. However, Arjuna Mahendran has returned to the Island yesterday.  While leaving airport he spoke to Journalists stating that he is prepared to face any inquiry in Srilanka. No one has proved that he is guilty.  Why should I fled the Country if I had not done anything wrong outside the laws of the land?  He concluded.
