Colombo Chief Magistrate to be Appointed as District Court Judge Anuradhapura

The Judicial Service Commission Secretariat has announced that Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya will be appointed as the District Court Judge of Anuradhapura with effect from 1^st January 2017.

Judicial Service Commission sources said that several other judicial officers will also be considered for promotion and transfer. This will done within next few weeks.
