Under the Guise of a Journalist a Man Attempting to Get Close to President & PM Arrested and Remanded

While President, Prime Minister and VIPs were attending the funeral of veteran musician W.D. Amaradeva at the Independence Square,  a man from Kotahena tried to  get closer to President, Prime Minister under the guise of  journalist.

As his  behaviour   was  suspicious and false claims that he was a journalist, he was arrested and produced before the  Colombo Chief Magistrate yesterday.

The Magistrate has   ordered to remand him   till 15^th November 2016.
