Bail Granted to Tiran & 2 Others

 On November 2, MP Tiran Alles and two others  were remanded till November 10 in connection with  the RADA case where they are accused of misappropriation of Rs. 200 million of Tsunami funds. Tiran Alles filed petition in the Appeal Court  to grant bail.

Followed by the Appeal Court Order to suspend   the remand order given by the Colombo High Court  to   Tiran Alles,  today the  Colombo High Court has granted cash bails of Rs 500,000 and four personal bails of Rs 2.5 million each  to former MP Tiran Alles and two others .
