Judicial Service Commission Decided to Transfer 70 Judicial Officers Next Year

The Judicial Service Commission has decided to transfer 70 Judicial Officers next year as per the annual transfers of the commission.

Issuing a statement the Deputy Secretary of the Commission R. P. D. P. P Ratnayake said the transfers will be in effect from the 1st of January and any appeals should be submitted to the Secretariat before the 25th of December.  Accordingly those transferred included a Chief Magistrate, 11 Magistrates and 13 District judges.
