Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in the Uva and Southern provinces and in the Batticaloa and Ampara districts.

Showers or thundershowers may occur in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Centralprovinces after 2.00 pm.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
