An Year Grace Period to Pay Rs 25,000 Fine For Overtaking From the Left

During Budget debate in  Parliament yesterday ,   in response to a questioned raised by JVP MP Sunil Handunnetti, Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation Nimal Siripala De Silva said, that he is prepared to consider  a period of one year to pay  fine for violating traffic law  in  overtaking from the left.
