Salman Khan and I are brothers: Shah Rukh Khan at Star Screen Awards

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan were the toast of Star screen awards as the duo took to the stage after long time to co-host a segment in Star screen awards. And soon the audience had everyone in splits with their wisecracks. Making it a point to highlight their strong friendship, the stars took ample digs at those who chose to add fuel to fire during their warring days by talking behind their backs about each other.  Choosing friendship as the theme for their segment,  SRK and Salman renewed their friendship vows by joking about their past rivalry and declared that there were like brothers to each other.

Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan left the audience in splits with their wisecracks.

“I and Salman are brothers, ” said SRK.  Salman, on his part,  said it was fun hosting the show with SRK and called their so called rivalry as a thing blown out of proportion.

In their segment, Salman also made it a point to call Aamir Khan his ‘langote’ yaar and said he would watch the very first show of Dangal.

Later while talking to Indian Express.com, SRK said that he was happy with the response received for Dear Zindagi and said that he was looking forward to Raees.  King Khan also expressed hope that the movie would have a hassle free release.
