Weather Forecast For 10th December 2016

Fairly strong winds at times (up to 50kmph)can be expected over the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Southern provinces.

Light showers will occur at several places in the, Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces and in the Jaffna district.

Except in Northern and North-central Provinces showers or thundershowers may occur at few places in the island after 2.00 p.m.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
