Weather Forecast For 11th December 2016

Cloudy skies can be expected over most parts of the island.

Fairly strong winds at times (up to 50kmph)can be expected over the island.

Light showers will occur at several places in the, Western, North –Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces and in the Jaffna district.

Showers or thundershowers may occur at few places in the Uva, Eastern and North-central provinces after 2.00 p.m.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
