Protest in Colombo Fort against Navy Commander’s Attack on a Journalist.

Leftist Circle said, that the government must take a decision about the incident where a  journalist aaleged to have  assaulted and verbally abused by Navy Commander Vice Admiral Ravindra C Wijegunaratne.  Its’ Co-Convener Chameera Perera said, this at a press conference held in Colombo.

Meanwhile, the Sri Lanka Working Journalists’ Association are  currently  carrying out a protesting campaign in front of the Fort Railway Station.
