Weather Forecast For 21st December 2016

Fairly strong winds at times (up to 50kmph)can be expected over northern part of the country.

Light showers will occur in the Northern, Eastern, North-central and Uva provinces and in the Hambantota district.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at a few places elsewhere after 2.00p.m.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
