Former U.S Ambassador Jaliya Wickramasuriya Further Remanded

Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to U.S. Jaliya Wickramasuriya was arrested by the Financial Crimes Investigations Division (FCID) last month over the charges of misuse of state funds and he was in remand. When he was produced in the Colombo Fort Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne today, he was further remanded until 2^nd January.
