No processions on the final day of handing over nominations – Police

 

Police media spokesman Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Ruwan Gunasekara asserted that processions on the final day of handing over nominations for the General Election will be prohibited.

The Police media spokesman further stated that, stern legal action will be taken against anyone who stage vehicle parades and processions, irrespective of stature.
