Parliament Debates COPE Report On Bond Scam in January 2017

 The COPE  report on  bond scam of the Central Bank   was presented to parliament on October 28 by COPE Chairman Sunil Handunetti. The report held  that the former CBSL Governor Arjuna Mahendran was responsible for the bond scam. He was accused of insider dealing in favour of his son-in-law Arjun Aloysius.

Political sources  revealed   COPE report on the Central Bank bond scam will be debated on 24^th January 2017 in Parliament .
