AG’s Report On Alleged Irregularities in Issuing School Uniform Vouchers…..

The Auditor General, , Gamini Wijesinghe has examined  in depth on alleged irregularities that have been taken place  in issuing school uniform  vouchers.  He has  handed over  his report to the Secretary of the Ministry of Education.

The AG  said that steps will be taken to submit the report to the Speaker of Parliament.

Meanwhile, the Auditor General added that development recommendations with regard to the distribution of uniform vouchers have been included in the audit report as well.
