Wimal Weerawansa Further Remanded
The Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division arrested Parliamentarian United People’s Freedom Alliance Parliamentarian Wimal Weerawansa over discrepancies reported at the State Engineering Corporation during the tenure of the United People’s Freedom Alliance-led government.
He arrested on charges of misusing state funds was produced before court today(24) and further remanded till 7th February 2017.
