Weather Forecast For 30th January 2017

Prevailing showery condition is expected to gradually reduce from tomorrow (31January).

Several spells of Showers will occur in the Northern, North-central, Eastern and Uva provinces and in the Hambantota district.

Showers or thundershowers will occur elsewhere, particularly after 2.00 pm.

However, a few showerscan be expected in western coastal area in the morning too.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
