COPE Reports on 15 State Institutions to Parliament Tomorrow

COPE Committee Chairman MP Sunil Handunnetti said, that  he will  submit COPE ‘s  report on  15 state institutions, which includes Road Development Authority (RDA),  Srilanka Port  Authority (SLP),  Srilanka Cricket (SLC),  Srilanka Telecom (SLT) and Rupavahini  Corporation (RC)  in Parliament tomorrow(8).

In  August 2016  COPE  has submitted  it’s report on 19  Government Institutions to  the Parliament with copies to  the President , Prime Minister and the Attorney  General.

 Activities of more 33   Government institutions  are under  examination.

The COPE Chairman will subsequently request for a debate on the findings of the reports.
