Petition Against Revocation of CSN Broadcasting License Today

 The Ministry of  Media  has  cancelled  the  broadcasting licence  issued to the Carlton Sports Network(CSN) in the past.

A petition was  filed in the Court of Appeal  against the cancellation of broadcasting licence by Chairman of CSN Rohan Weliwita

The case will be heard by a two bench judge panel comprising Chairman of the Appeals Court Vijith Malalgoda and Appeals Court Judge S Thurairajah.

The Appeals Court ordered the petitioners to submit their objections and contradictions before today.
