Katunayake-Negombo Railway Line Temporary Suspended

 Train services between Katunayake and Negombo will be temporarily suspended from 8:35am today till 8pm tomorrow, The Railway Control Room  said.

The Railway Control Room attributed the temporary suspension of train services to the maintenance work to be carried out on the rail track.

During this time period, special train services will be in operation from Colombo Fort to Katunayake and from Puttalam and Chilaw to Negombo.

Usual train services will commence operations no sooner the maintenance work on the rail track is completed.
