Drug King ‘Wele Suda’ Sentenced to Death

Two large scale drug dealers have been sentenced to death by the Colombo High Court.

The order was issued by Colombo Chief High Court Judge Manilal Waidyatilleka.

The verdict of the case was pronounced yesterday.

It has been confirmed that the individuals were involved in drug trafficking of Samantha Kumara alias ‘Wele Suda’.

The duo was arrested on the 13th of February 2013 in Wellawatte by the Police Anti Narcotics Bureau.
