GMOA Strike Concluded

Patients have been severely inconvenienced as a result of the strike action launched by the government medical officers.

Patients who had travelled a significant distance to reach hospitals for treatment, were forced to turn back due to the absence of doctors.

The Media Spokesperson of the Government Medical Officers Association (GMOA), Dr. Samantha Ananda said that the 24 hour token strike launched by the GMOA will conclude today (8).
