Govt. Accepts Need For Private Higher Education Institutions.

Minister of Higher Education and Highways, Lakshman Kiriella  stated at a live TV interview held yesterday, the government accepts the need for private higher education institutions.

He furthersaid, that there was no possibility of shutting down SAITM.

In the meantime, the Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, Rajitha Senaratne said,  that further steps would be taken after taking into consideration the decision made by the court in connection with the SAITM issue.
