Fundamental Rights Petition Demanding Methodical Waste Management Filed

The Centre for Environmental Justice has filed a  fundamental rights petition in the Supreme Court demanding to adopt  a policy for methodical waste management without causing harm to the public.

Several parties including the Central Environmental Authority, Minister of Disaster Management, and the President have been named as respondents of the petition.
