Weather Forecast For 1st May 2017

Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern, Centraland Uva provinces after 2.00p.m. Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places elsewhere after 2.00 pm.

Showers can be expected in the coastal areas extending from Colombo to Hambantota via Galle during the morning too.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
