Petition Filed by Perpetual Treasuries Limited Rejected by Court of Appeal

The Writ Petition was filed with the Court of Appeal by the Perpetual Treasuries Limited in February, 2017. The Perpetual Treasuries Limited was in the spotlight due to the controversy surrounding a Treasury bond issue by the Central Bank.

The Court of Appeal has decided not to go ahead with a Writ Petition filed by the Perpetual Treasuries Limited against imposing restriction on it by the Central Bank .
