Accepting Disaster Insurance Claims to Commence soon

In reply to a question raised by MP Wimal Weerawansa ,Minister of Disaster Management Anura Priyadarshana Yapa said yesterday,  that the  process of accepting claims   for the disaster insurance would be commence  soon. Claims  could be made by those affected by flood and landslide.

Further he said, that the report submitted by the Met Department would be presented to the Parliament on the 9th this month.
