JVP Blames the Govt. For Bringing Lottery Boards Under Foreign Ministry

JVP MP  Anura Kumara Dissanayake  while addressing in Parliament yesterday said, that the act of bringing  Lottery Boards under Ministry of  Foreign Affairs is illegal . To do so, first of all  the Government  should have  amended  the Lotteries  Board Act. Hence, Lotteries Boards cannot take any decision under Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Anura Kumara Dissanayake   requested the attention  of  the Prime Minister or the President to clear  this issue in Parliament.
