Several spells of showers will occur in the Western, Sabaragamuwa,CentralandNorth-western provinces and in the GalleandMatara districts.

Fairly strong winds about 50 kmph can be expected over the island (Particularly in the western slopes of the central hills and Bibile and Mahiyanganaya areas).
