Govt. To Approve A Dangerous Bill – G.L.Pieris

Prof.G.L.Pieris said , that the government is going to approve a dangerous bill in parliament. He revealed this when he went to meet Kandy Kettambe  Rajobavanaramayha Vihara Chief  Monk Srivimala Thera yesterday.

Once it become a law, any foreign Institution or a foreign Government  accusing against a Srilankan politician or a an Army Officer can ask the government to hand over those accused to them. In such an event, we have to hand over those accused to them for inquiries. Subsequently they could easily be produced in international court. People didn’t understand the gravity of it. Hence, Mahanayake Theros and  Maha Sangha  should be made aware of it to stop the danger, he concluded
