CID Investigation on D.V Upul Concludes

Allegations were made against Upul stating that he had made threatening statements against the CID  officers .

The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) has informed the Court, that they have concluded the investigations carried out on former Southern Provincial Minister, D.V. Upul in this connection. .
